Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Gustavo Trindade started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ricardo Borba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Trindade in the 3rd minute of play. Heitor Carneiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Borba having to interfere. Heitor Carneiro in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ricardo Borba, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Afonso Aguiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Brito in the 17th minute of play. Viriato Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Afonso Aguiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Brito in the 21st minute of play. Vítor Araújo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Aguiar having to interfere. If Viriato Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vítor Araújo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joaquim Ferro scored 0-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Afonso Aguiar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Afonso Aguiar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Viriato Brito went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The SC Quinhao players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pencelo were winning 0-2.

After 50 played minutes Pencelo got a freekick which was hit by Gonçalo Araújo. If Vítor Araújo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Pencelo's Viriato Brito slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Afonso Aguiar. That made the score 0-3 after 55 minutes of play. A hard shot by Hélder Luz from long distance, 60 minutes into the match, got Afonso Aguiar's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Vítor Araújo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Afonso Aguiar having to make a save. 67 minutes into the match, SC Quinhao's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Ferro came free, but Afonso Aguiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute Gustavo Trindade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Borba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Viriato Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Aguiar having to interfere. Gustavo Trindade recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gustavo Trindade struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Ricardo Borba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Quinhao. After 85 minutes, Viriato Brito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pencelo and the SC Quinhao players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Pencelo's Viriato Brito got a free kick in the 85th minute. Gonçalo Araújo hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute of the match Alfredo Leite shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ricardo Borba showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SC Quinhao's zone, Viriato Brito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Afonso Aguiar came out of the goal and Viriato Brito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ricardo Borba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Trindade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 93 played minutes Pencelo got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Ferro.
