Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Valter Malta started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in pe descalço's zone, Valter Malta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. António Ramos came out of the goal and Valter Malta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of pe descalço booed when Futebol Clube Belem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sálvio Dias didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute Valter Malta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but António Ramos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Futebol Clube Belem's Sálvio Braga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Futebol Clube Belem from getting a goal against them. In the 24th minute Valter Malta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but António Ramos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sálvio Braga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mário Oliveira in the 26th minute of the match. Jorge Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Mário Oliveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sálvio Braga having to interfere. If Leonel Reynoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. António Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuno Lima in the 47th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Mauro Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. António Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Valter Malta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 65th minute, Futebol Clube Belem's Leonel Reynoso dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. António Ramos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuno Lima in the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th play minute Leonel Reynoso came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised António Ramos. 1-3. pe descalço's António Ramos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save pe descalço from getting a goal against them. Mário Oliveira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. pe descalço's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Valter Malta 77 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. Nuno Valente made in the 81st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by José Silva. Jorge Silva took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised António Ramos. António Ramos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. If Mauro Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. António Ramos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mauro Antunes in the 92nd minute. António Ramos was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Jorge Silva capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jorge Silva really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. Futebol Clube Belem's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
