Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sílvio Gonçalves got the match started through his kick off. Mariano Sanches made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuno Paixão in the 3rd minute of play. In the 8th minute, Fernando Quental hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Diego Vilarinho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Inácio Severo. That made the score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. In the 16th minute Nuno Paixão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Sanches saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nuno Paixão in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mariano Sanches saved FC Moçarriense from getting behind. Nuno Paixão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Sanches having to interfere. Diego Vilarinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Inácio Severo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Diego Vilarinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alcino Andrade succeeded in the game's 28th minute to get real power on a long shot . SC Laguinho's Inácio Severo hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 2-0! Márcio Palhares charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Márcio Palhares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Márcio Palhares hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nuno Paixão in the 33rd minute of play forced FC Moçarriense's goalkeeper Mariano Sanches to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When SC Laguinho's Nuno Paixão in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Diego Vilarinho to make the kick off. Mariano Sanches made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarbas Cardoso in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Micael Balsemão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 58 minutes, Diego Vilarinho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Moçarriense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diego Vilarinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mariano Sanches took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sílvio Gonçalves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 68 minutes into the match, SC Laguinho's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Vilarinho came free, but Inácio Severo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of FC Moçarriense booed when SC Laguinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarbas Cardoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Adalberto Mendonça managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Moçarriense's supporters rose to their feet, but Adalberto Mendonça was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Inácio Severo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 71st minute Adalberto Mendonça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inácio Severo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sílvio Gonçalves in the 72nd minute of play forced FC Moçarriense's goalkeeper Mariano Sanches to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inácio Severo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Diego Vilarinho went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Adalberto Mendonça ran back to his position shaking his head. Inácio Severo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adalberto Mendonça in the 83rd minute of play. Diego Vilarinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inácio Severo having to interfere. After 89 minutes of play FC Moçarriense's Márcio Palhares was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Márcio Palhares kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The supporters of SC Laguinho booed when FC Moçarriense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Vilarinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Moçarriense had won after a very even match.
