Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Paulo Delgado made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Samuel Pimenta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Júlio Maltez was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Henrique Azevedo. Henrique Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Pimenta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, SC Chocas's António Porto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Júlio Maltez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Samuel Pimenta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrique Azevedo having to interfere. Henrique Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Pimenta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vítor Gaspar's late challenge caught a TIGER TEAM's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vítor Gaspar helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of TIGER TEAM booed when SC Chocas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vítor Gaspar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henrique Azevedo came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by TIGER TEAM's Norberto Sobral. But to his dismay, Norberto Sobral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Luís Maia hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Norberto Sobral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulo Delgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samuel Pimenta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henrique Azevedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Norberto Sobral to strike the kick off in the second half. If António Porto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Paulo Delgado struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Júlio Maltez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Chocas. SC Chocas's supporters crossed their fingers, but António Porto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Humberto Oliveira charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Humberto Oliveira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 66th minute, Humberto Oliveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xavier Brites was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 67th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After having played for 69 minutes, Norberto Sobral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After some careless play in the TIGER TEAM defense, Paulo Delgado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Júlio Maltez. The TIGER TEAM fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Júlio Maltez should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in TIGER TEAM's zone, Vítor Gaspar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Júlio Maltez came out of the goal and Vítor Gaspar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 82nd minute, Henrique Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Samuel Pimenta in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Henrique Azevedo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a little luck, SC Chocas's Henrique Azevedo got control of the ball when Samuel Pimenta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Samuel Pimenta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Henrique Azevedo made a huge save. If Norberto Sobral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
