Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 6 minutes, Alcides Pinheiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F. C. Canedense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alcides Pinheiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. André Pacheco charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed André Pacheco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, TIGER TEAM's André Pacheco got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 14th match minute, TIGER TEAM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Altino Lobato to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Albertino Viana managed to get in a good position for a shot. F. C. Canedense's supporters rose to their feet, but Albertino Viana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Júlio Maltez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 22nd minute Altino Lobato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horácio Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Altino Lobato reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Horácio Carvalho. The goal made the score 1-0. Alcides Pinheiro hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, TIGER TEAM's Xavier Brites tried to score from far away in the 33rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 34 played minutes F. C. Canedense got a freekick which was hit by Leal Teixeira. 38 minutes into the match, Albertino Viana notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of TIGER TEAM's Júlio Maltez. Júlio Maltez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Albertino Viana blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Júlio Maltez having to make a save. When Norberto Sobral came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the TIGER TEAM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norberto Sobral couldn't finish the play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Norberto Sobral stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, F. C. Canedense's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Pimenta came free, but Horácio Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Horácio Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberto Sobral in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th minute Albertino Viana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio Maltez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, TIGER TEAM's Júlio Maltez got control of the ball when Tarcísio Ramires tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Albertino Viana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Laurentino Macedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Júlio Maltez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alcides Pinheiro in the 76th minute of the match. F. C. Canedense's Alcides Pinheiro got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 88th minute, Alcides Pinheiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. TIGER TEAM's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Xavier Brites in the 91st minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Nicolas Infante heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Horácio Carvalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Pimenta, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. TIGER TEAM's Júlio Maltez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albertino Viana in the 96th minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
