Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Amílcar Magalhães started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4thth minute of the game Amílcar Magalhães who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leixões's Hamilton Veríssimo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Fernando Valverde fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leixões's protests and gave Fernando Valverde a yellow card for diving instead. Fernando Valverde hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute, Alberto Neto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Henrique Moniz came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Fantásticos F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henrique Moniz couldn't finish the play. Fernando Valverde got his second yellow card in the match during the 13th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After having played for 17 minutes, Henrique Moniz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fantásticos F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henrique Moniz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hamilton Veríssimo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amílcar Magalhães in the 19th minute of play. Alberto Neto kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Amílcar Magalhães recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Henrique Moniz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amílcar Magalhães in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hamilton Veríssimo saved Leixões from getting behind. In the 35th minute, Alberto Neto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hamilton Veríssimo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amílcar Magalhães, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Serafim lago made a kick off. When Serafim lago came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Leixões fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serafim lago couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Fantásticos F.C getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Alberto Neto hit a great ball. Amílcar Magalhães who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Hamilton Veríssimo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 69th minute Amílcar Magalhães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamilton Veríssimo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amílcar Magalhães's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 71stth minute, Hamilton Veríssimo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Fantásticos F.C's Amílcar Magalhães got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 79 minutes, Eusébio Abreu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fantásticos F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eusébio Abreu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sebastião Domingues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amílcar Magalhães who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Hamilton Veríssimo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Fantásticos F.C booed when Leixões was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aparício Pedroso didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Fantásticos F.C's zone, Kevin Lima stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Álvaro Monteiro came out of the goal and Kevin Lima tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 89th match minute, Fantásticos F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Neto to maneuver through the defense. Fantásticos F.C's Jacinto Pires was substituted for Armindo Moreira. The Leixões fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Fantásticos F.C were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
