Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Carlos Gentil made the kick off and thus started the match. When Armindo Carvalho came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Alcafaz FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armindo Carvalho couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isidro Amado in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adriano Cavaco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 6th minute, Flávio Carrasqueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 1-0 became the score in the 10th minute when Carlos Gentil elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Armindo Carvalho's late challenge caught a SC Tabuacas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Armindo Carvalho helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th match minute, Alcafaz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armindo Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. Amadeu Borges received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Adriano Cavaco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Heitor Barata could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Joaquim Maciel made a huge save. Carlos Gentil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adriano Cavaco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeu Borges in the 23rd minute of play. In the 26th match minute, Alcafaz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandre Valido to maneuver through the defense. Silvério Santarém was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 26th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Heitor Barata got free with Joaquim Maciel in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In a very dangerous position, a player in SC Tabuacas fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! Joaquim Maciel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heitor Barata in the 63rd minute of the match. After 64 minutes, Flávio Carrasqueira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Tabuacas and the Alcafaz FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carlos Gentil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Maciel having to interfere. Joaquim Maciel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Gentil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alcafaz FC's Joaquim Maciel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heitor Barata in the 74th minute of play. Armindo Carvalho hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Diego Baião got his second yellow card in the match during the 93rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a defensive mix-up in SC Tabuacas's zone, Amadeu Borges stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adriano Cavaco came out of the goal and Amadeu Borges tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
