After 41 minutes, Sandro Moreira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Crueis FC and the SC Landim players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 41 played minutes Crueis FC got a freekick which was hit by Sandro Moreira. In the 42nd minute, André Carneiro sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Crueis FC's Timóteo Vilas Boas didn't even have to move. Tarcísio Peralta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Basílio Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 48 minutes into the match, Crueis FC's goalkeeper Timóteo Vilas Boas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joaquim Delgado. The SC Landim players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Crueis FC were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bento Ramos made a kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Bento Ramos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Landim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bento Ramos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Crueis FC's Timóteo Vilas Boas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bento Ramos in the 56th minute of play. If Rui Bernardes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When SC Landim's Bento Ramos in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Crueis FC's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bento Ramos in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Timóteo Vilas Boas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Bento Ramos sped through Crueis FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Timóteo Vilas Boas. Tarcísio Peralta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Tarcísio Peralta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. During the 77th minute of the match Óscar Cardoso completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Óscar Cardoso a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Timóteo Vilas Boas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Delgado, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Crueis FC's Timóteo Vilas Boas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Delgado in the 85th minute of play. After having played for 88 minutes, Joaquim Delgado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rui Bernardes succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 90th playminute. Tarcísio Peralta might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Basílio Silva. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
