Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Augusto Cruz kicked off to start the match. Inácio Branco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. António Abreu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 13 minutes into the game, Cesar's Vasco Nascimento nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lourenço Ramos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Júlio Cunha struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. António Abreu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Silveiros FC. A collision led to Silveiros FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Gustavo Araújo hit a great ball. After 22 minutes, Alexandre Ferro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Silveiros FC and the Cesar players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vasco Nascimento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31st minute, Rogério Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lourenço Ramos was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Alexandre Correia. After 32 played minutes Silveiros FC got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Cruz. Vasco Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Lourenço Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Silveiros FC's Pedro Azevedo got a free kick in the 35th minute. Júlio Cunha blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without António Abreu having to make a save. António Abreu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inácio Branco in the 45th minute of play. In the 47th minute, Inácio Branco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Silveiros FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When Cesar's Augusto Cruz in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Silveiros FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Vasco Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the match, Inácio Branco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of António Abreu. Cesar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Inácio Branco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Inácio Branco struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. António Abreu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Silveiros FC. If Júlio Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Inácio Branco got free with António Abreu in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Silveiros FC booed when Cesar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filipe Barros didn't get a good kick on the ball. 79 minutes into the game, Cesar's Vasco Nascimento nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lourenço Ramos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Júlio Cunha struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. António Abreu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Silveiros FC. The audience was convinced that Júlio Cunha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but António Abreu was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Vasco Nascimento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Vasco Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Silveiros FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
