Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Pedro Moura took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 4th minute of the game. One of Caravelas:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Oliveirinha:s goal. The referee gave Oliveirinha a penalty, 7 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gil Lage, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Caravelas's Cristiano Ferro. 0-1. Diogo Macedo struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Cristiano Belém didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caravelas. With a little luck, Oliveirinha's Cristiano Belém got control of the ball when Paulo Andrade tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Daniel Henriques fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oliveirinha's protests and gave Daniel Henriques a yellow card for diving instead. After 15 played minutes Oliveirinha got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Henriques. 18 minutes into the match, Oliveirinha's Valter Lousada sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristiano Ferro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Oliveirinha getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Igor Malheiro hit a great ball. If Paulo Andrade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Sandro Faria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nuno Chagas hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Alex Carmona took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristiano Ferro. Cristiano Ferro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Vítor Poças kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. The supporters of Oliveirinha booed when Caravelas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Matos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gil Lage was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 43rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.

Alex Carmona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano Ferro having to interfere. Cristiano Ferro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Carmona in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute Paulo Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Belém saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristiano Ferro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Carmona, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute, Alex Carmona made a precise shot to the right of Cristiano Ferro. Caravelas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Alex Carmona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Cristiano Ferro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Valter Lousada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Igor Malheiro took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristiano Ferro. Cristiano Ferro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Luís Matos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano Belém having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Paulo Andrade left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Caravelas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Cristiano Belém took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Andrade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nuno Chagas hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. If Paulo Andrade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristiano Belém showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rui Simões, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 94 minutes into the match, Oliveirinha's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Andrade came free, but Cristiano Belém reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulo Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Oliveirinha supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Oliveirinha would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
