In the 7th minute, Severino Bandeira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 14th minute Eduardo Magalhães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Ferrão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Boza getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Hugo Pacheco hit a great ball. Severino Bandeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adalberto Fidalgo struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Marco Lopes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corticada FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Adalberto Fidalgo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corticada FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Adalberto Fidalgo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Lopes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 27 played minutes Boza got a freekick which was hit by Heitor Tavares. Hugo Pacheco kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Sérgio Gomes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Ferrão having to interfere. After having played for 36 minutes, Eduardo Magalhães managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduardo Magalhães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Corticada FC's zone, Sérgio Gomes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Ferrão came out of the goal and Sérgio Gomes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marco Lopes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Bandeira, who was totally free with the ball in the 49th minute.

After having played for 58 minutes, Eduardo Magalhães managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduardo Magalhães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Severino Bandeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Ferrão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sérgio Gomes in the 63rd minute of play. Sérgio Gomes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Raul Ruas fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Corticada FC's protests and gave Raul Ruas a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Corticada FC's Raul Ruas got a free kick in the 80th minute. Boza's Álvaro Pinho couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 81st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Corticada FC. Eduardo Magalhães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Murilo Quadros hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Albertino Mafra sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Boza's Marco Lopes didn't even have to move. Boza were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Corticada FC to leave the ground with a draw.
