Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Sérgio Santos started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Carsten Geenen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filipe Baptista in the 3rd minute of the match. SC Feirense's Paulo Pereira got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. António Pinho was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sérgio Santos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. Paulo Pereira struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. António Pinho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Feirense. When SC Feirense's Sérgio Santos in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brotas's goalie prevented a goal. Sérgio Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When SC Feirense's Sérgio Santos in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brotas's goalie prevented a goal. A hard shot by Damazy Buczak from long distance, 41 minutes into the match, got António Pinho's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 41 played minutes Brotas got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Dantas. Sérgio Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without António Pinho having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bruno Dantas made a kick off. SC Feirense's Carsten Geenen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save SC Feirense from getting a goal against them. Carsten Geenen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Dantas in the 54th minute of play. SC Feirense's Carsten Geenen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Dantas in the 58th minute of play. Bruno Dantas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carsten Geenen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in SC Feirense's zone, Nuno Matos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carsten Geenen came out of the goal and Nuno Matos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Artur Trindade charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Artur Trindade the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 75th minute, Artur Trindade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the match, SC Feirense's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Dantas came free, but Carsten Geenen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carsten Geenen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Dantas in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Brotas's Bruno Dantas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Carsten Geenen. Carsten Geenen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1.
