Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Paulo Gueifão got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th match minute, SC Arrebenta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Humberto Almeida to maneuver through the defense. 6 minutes into the match, Pinheiro's Filipe Macedo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Rodrigo Correia charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodrigo Correia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rodrigo Correia hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the match, Abel Aleixo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Afonso Garcia, 1-0. Gabriel Teixeira struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Afonso Garcia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pinheiro. Humberto Almeida hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Pinheiro's Filipe Macedo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Afonso Garcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Aleixo in the 22nd minute of play. If Pedro Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Abel Aleixo came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Pinheiro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abel Aleixo couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 30 in the game by Pedro Dias from a close distance when the talented Afonso Garcia managed to make a qualified save. SC Arrebenta's players were relieved. Abel Aleixo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Pinheiro's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Gueifão came free, but Hugo Melo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emanuel Teixeira scored 1-2 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hugo Melo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Abel Aleixo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Garcia having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abel Aleixo made a kick off. Rodrigo Correia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Hugo Melo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 57 minutes, Pedro Dias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pinheiro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Dias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abel Aleixo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Garcia having to interfere. SC Arrebenta's Afonso Garcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Dias in the 62nd minute of play. With a little luck, Pinheiro's Hugo Melo got control of the ball when Emanuel Teixeira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emanuel Teixeira might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hugo Melo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emanuel Teixeira ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 70th minute, Humberto Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 79 minutes into the game, Paulo Gueifão was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Arrebenta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pinheiro the free kick. The supporters of Pinheiro booed when SC Arrebenta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Gueifão didn't get a good kick on the ball. SC Arrebenta's Afonso Garcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Teixeira in the 86th minute of play. 97 minutes into the game, Ricardo Campos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Arrebenta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pinheiro the free kick. In the 97th minute, Ricardo Campos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SC Arrebenta walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
