Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hélio Saraiva started the match with the kick off. After having played for 6 minutes, Adalberto Quintanilha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Idanhense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adalberto Quintanilha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hugo Melo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hélio Saraiva in the 7th minute. If Hélder Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hélder Lima got free with Hugo Melo in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Hélder Lima came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Idanhense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hélder Lima couldn't finish the play. Hélder Lima could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Hugo Melo made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Idanhense's Pedro Fonseca got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 19th minute, Idanhense's Hélder Lima ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hugo Melo. Hugo Melo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. A hard shot 23 in the game by Hélio Saraiva from a close distance when the talented Hugo Melo managed to make a qualified save. Pinheiro's players were relieved. Doğuş Ayberk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Pedroso, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. If Hélder Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Doğuş Ayberk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Aleixo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gabriel Teixeira's late challenge caught a Idanhense's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gabriel Teixeira helped the player get up and apologised. Gabriel Teixeira hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Hélio Saraiva who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of Hugo Melo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Idanhense's Pedro Fonseca got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute of the match Filipe Macedo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Doğuş Ayberk skillfully saved the ball. After 47 minutes, Luís Pedroso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pinheiro and the Idanhense players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Pinheiro getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Luís Pedroso hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abel Aleixo to strike the kick off in the second half. Idanhense's Hélio Saraiva managed to work through Pinheiro's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Hélio Saraiva dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. After a rather tough play, Pinheiro's Gabriel Teixeira got a free kick in the 54th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Pinheiro's goal looked a bit too open when Hélio Saraiva came free, but Hugo Melo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Idanhense's Doğuş Ayberk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Idanhense from getting a goal against them. Pinheiro's Hugo Melo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélio Saraiva in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64thth minute of the game Hélio Saraiva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pinheiro's Hugo Melo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Idanhense's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pedro Fonseca in the 66th minute. After 67 played minutes Pinheiro got a freekick which was hit by Abel Aleixo. Gabriel Teixeira was shown his second yellow card after 69 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 70 played minutes Pinheiro got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Teixeira. Hélder Lima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Adalberto Quintanilha came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Idanhense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adalberto Quintanilha couldn't finish the play. Israel França received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Hugo Melo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Doğuş Ayberk yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Idanhense's zone, Pedro Dias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Doğuş Ayberk came out of the goal and Pedro Dias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
