Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ricardo Moreira made the kick off which started today's match. Moisés Ribas was out of position in the 4 minute of play, and Ricardo Moreira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ricardo Moreira really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Ricardo Moreira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Soito's Moisés Ribas got control of the ball when Vítor Faro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Moisés Ribas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ricardo Moreira's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute, Óscar Sanches hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Basílio Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 20 minutes into the match, Soito's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Moreira came free, but Moisés Ribas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vítor Faro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Moisés Ribas having to make a save. Vítor Faro struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Moisés Ribas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barata FC. Moisés Ribas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vítor Faro went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Barata FC's David Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Assunção in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Adolfo Morais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 34 minutes, Roberto Assunção managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roberto Assunção was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 36th minute, Ricardo Moreira fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Ricardo Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moisés Ribas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Moreira in the 46th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roberto Assunção was the one to do the kick off. Ricardo Moreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Moisés Ribas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Basílio Rocha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Barata FC's Ricardo Moreira got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Soito's Emanuel Leiria got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 72nd minute, Emanuel Leiria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vítor Faro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moisés Ribas having to interfere. Moisés Ribas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. If Vítor Faro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vítor Faro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Moisés Ribas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Óscar Sanches received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. David Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Barata FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Soito had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
