After having played for 9 minutes, Carlos Soares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Perosinho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Soares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Albertino Alves succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 10th playminute. Albertino Alves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Severiano Macieira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albertino Alves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 24 played minutes Jolda FC got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Quental. Jolda FC's Severiano Macieira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Soares in the 30th minute of play. With his leg Severiano Macieira managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when Perosinho's Carlos Soares fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Albertino Alves who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Severiano Macieira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Carlos Soares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Severiano Macieira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albertino Alves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Severiano Macieira made a huge save. Severiano Macieira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Soares, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for António Vidal to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Soares in the 52nd minute of play forced Jolda FC's goalkeeper Severiano Macieira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Carlos Soares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When António Vidal fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jolda FC's protests and gave António Vidal a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Perosinho booed when Jolda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. António Vidal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Albertino Alves left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Perosinho fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Carlos Soares scored 4-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Severiano Macieira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Carlos Soares struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Severiano Macieira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Perosinho. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Soares in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severiano Macieira saved Jolda FC from getting behind. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Albertino Alves sped through Jolda FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Severiano Macieira. Rui Veiga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dário Carrasqueira in the 82nd minute. Carlos Soares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Severiano Macieira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Perosinho were the better team. Perosinho's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
