Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Amável Mourão kicked off to start the match. Albertino Nunes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but David Sardinha made a huge save. Fernando Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amável Mourão in the 6th minute of play. David Sardinha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rui Martins in the 9th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Sebastião Resende had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Sardinha. Barcelona's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastião Resende was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The attack was good, but when Amável Mourão in the 15th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Jaime Fontes's late challenge caught a Barcelona's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaime Fontes helped the player get up and apologised. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by João Coelho during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 29 minutes into the match, Barcelona's Caio Espinosa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fernando Soares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 31 minutes of play, Troia FC's Albertino Nunes made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Sardinha was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Sebastião Resende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albertino Nunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. David Sardinha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albertino Nunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Sardinha having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastião Resende made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albertino Nunes in the 52nd minute of play forced Barcelona's goalkeeper David Sardinha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Albertino Nunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute of the game, Isac Andrade landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. When Sebastião Resende fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Troia FC's protests and gave Sebastião Resende a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Barcelona booed when Troia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastião Resende didn't get a good kick on the ball. Caio Espinosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Caio Espinosa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fernando Soares having to make a save. 80 minutes into the game, Caio Espinosa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Fernando Soares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Barcelona booed when Troia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Teixeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 89 in the game by Caio Espinosa from a close distance when the talented Fernando Soares managed to make a qualified save. Troia FC's players were relieved. David Sardinha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Coelho in the 94th minute of the match. Troia FC's Fernando Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caio Espinosa in the 96th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Troia FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Barcelona had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
