Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Álvaro Mascarenhas kicked off to start the match. Simão Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Álvaro Mascarenhas in the 3rd minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, Tondela's goal looked a bit too open when Álvaro Mascarenhas came free, but Simão Domingues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 18 minutes of play, Tondela's Gustavo Henriques made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amadeu Loureiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Raul Gueifão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustavo Henriques scored 1-2 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amadeu Loureiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Raul Gueifão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Amadeu Loureiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Gustavo Henriques got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Raul Gueifão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raul Gueifão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gustavo Henriques to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Agualva-Cacém FC's goalkeeper Amadeu Loureiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raul Gueifão. Tobias Fragoso hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Gustavo Henriques blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amadeu Loureiro having to make a save. 70 minutes into the game, Manuel Barbosa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Agualva-Cacém FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tondela the free kick. After a rather tough play, Agualva-Cacém FC's Manuel Barbosa got a free kick in the 71st minute. Gustavo Henriques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustavo Henriques in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amadeu Loureiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 92 minutes into the match, Tondela's Cláudio Cardoso broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.
