In the 44th match minute, Ermesinde Panthers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingos Fernandes to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

In the 62nd minute, Jaime Brás made a precise shot to the right of Alexandre Paredes. Fc Gaiolas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. 67 minutes into the match, Nuno Lisboa notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Fc Gaiolas's Alexandre Paredes. Alexandre Paredes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alexandre Paredes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Dias in the 74th minute of the match. Rodrigo Fonseca was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 75 minutes into the match.
