Paulo Matias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th minute, Samuel Prestes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Carrapatosa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Josué Mafra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luís Cabral went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. If Luís Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 29 played minutes SC Carrapatosa got a freekick which was hit by Xavier Lemos. When SC Casmilo's Luís Cabral in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Carrapatosa's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo Matias in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Josué Mafra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Samuel Prestes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Casmilo's Luís Cabral got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 42 minutes, Lucas Miranda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Casmilo and the SC Carrapatosa players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lucas Miranda kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. SC Casmilo's Rui Trindade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Altino Calçada in the 43rd minute of play. In the 45th minute, Lucas Miranda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 48th minute SC Carrapatosa were awarded a corner. Fernando Malta went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Fernando Malta got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rui Trindade quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulo Matias made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Altino Calçada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Trindade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Américo Cardoso hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Paulo Matias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Josué Mafra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Cabral, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Paulo Matias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Josué Mafra made a huge save. After 61 minutes, Altino Calçada mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Carrapatosa and the SC Casmilo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Altino Calçada hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute, Abel Antunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fernando Malta, 68 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 70th match minute, SC Carrapatosa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspar Baião to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to SC Casmilo getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Luís Cabral hit a great ball. Rui Trindade stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Altino Calçada's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. When Paulo Matias came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the SC Casmilo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulo Matias couldn't finish the play. Paulo Matias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Josué Mafra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Rui Trindade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Altino Calçada in the 80th minute of the match. Américo Cardoso kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Samuel Prestes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rui Trindade having to interfere. Altino Calçada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Alves in the 96th minute of play forced SC Carrapatosa's goalkeeper Josué Mafra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SC Carrapatosa's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
