Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Éder Carreira started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 5th minute Flávio Balsemão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inácio Varanda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elias Mourão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Éder Quinaz made a huge save. Leonel Fragoso struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Inácio Varanda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for METALLICA. Inácio Varanda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torcato Camargo in the 19th minute of the match. Aguias Futebol Clube's Elias Mourão got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elias Mourão got free with Éder Quinaz in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Lima in the 31st minute of play forced Aguias Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Inácio Varanda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Pedro Lima managed to get in a good position for a shot. METALLICA's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Lima was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Inácio Varanda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Éder Quinaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Éder Carreira in the 39th minute of play. Leonel Fragoso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Torcato Camargo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Inácio Varanda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play.

If Torcato Camargo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torcato Camargo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Inácio Varanda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. METALLICA's Leonel Fragoso got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 84 minutes, Torcato Camargo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. METALLICA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Torcato Camargo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 92nd minute, METALLICA's Leonel Fragoso ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Inácio Varanda. Inácio Varanda yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. When the final whistle sounded METALLICA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Aguias Futebol Clube.
