Spectators: 0 (Terracing: 0, Seating: 0, VIP seats: 0) 7 minutes into the match, AS Ponténégrine's goal looked a bit too open when Sandro Campos came free, but Mário Pacheco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute Sandro Campos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mário Pacheco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Domingos Leirias short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Alexandre Reis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The crowd rose to their feet as AS Ponténégrine's Xavier Santarém slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alexandre Reis. That made the score 3-1 after 20 minutes of play. After 23 played minutes SC Sarzedinha got a freekick which was hit by Júlio Baptista. Alexandre Reis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Domingos Leiria in the 25th minute. In the 34th minute, AS Ponténégrine's Xavier Santarém dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-1. Victorino Soler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mário Pacheco came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by SC Sarzedinha's Alexandre Coimbra. But to his dismay, Alexandre Coimbra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-2 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sandro Campos to make the kick off. AS Ponténégrine's Xavier Santarém got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Domingos Leiria in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexandre Reis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rodrigo Leão kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xavier Santarém in the 66th minute of play forced SC Sarzedinha's goalkeeper Alexandre Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filipe Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind AS Ponténégrine's goalkeeper Mário Pacheco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Domingos Leiria's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alexandre Reis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play.
