Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Duarte Jesus took the kick off in the first half of the match. kappa FC's Juvenal Campos got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 9 minutes, Rui Neto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paz FC and the kappa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 9 played minutes Paz FC got a freekick which was hit by Rui Neto. Juvenal Campos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Paz FC's zone, Hermes Marques stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cândido Magalhães came out of the goal and Hermes Marques tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Juvenal Campos charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juvenal Campos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Duarte Jesus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hermes Marques recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Paz FC's zone, Juvenal Campos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cândido Magalhães came out of the goal and Juvenal Campos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 34th minute, Eusébio Sá hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. João Faria struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Belchior Lage didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paz FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duarte Jesus in the 48th minute of play forced kappa FC's goalkeeper Belchior Lage to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Juvenal Campos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Belchior Lage didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from João Faria went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Juvenal Campos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cândido Magalhães having to interfere. The supporters of kappa FC booed when Paz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusébio Sá didn't get a good kick on the ball. kappa FC's Emanuel Gaspar couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 71st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Paz FC. After 72 played minutes Paz FC got a freekick which was hit by Basílio Coelho. Eusébio Sá kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 75th minute of the match Emanuel Gaspar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cândido Magalhães showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. João Faria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Belchior Lage tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Paz FC's Cristiano Veiga got a free kick in the 80th minute. Cândido Magalhães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Gaspar, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Juvenal Campos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cândido Magalhães having to make a save. When Saúl Amaral fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored kappa FC's protests and gave Saúl Amaral a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th minute, Saúl Amaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 93 minutes into the game, Adélio Ventura was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. kappa FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paz FC the free kick. In the 93rd match minute, kappa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adélio Ventura to maneuver through the defense. Belchior Lage made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duarte Jesus in the 96th minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
