Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. José Teixeira started the match with the kick off. Per Nyberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Nicolau Freire tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Crescencio Herrera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 8th minute, Per Nyberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, José Teixeira managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Mesieiro's supporters rose to their feet, but José Teixeira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Delfim Porto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 16th minute of the match, Pedro Valente got a very nice opportunity to score, but Delfim Porto was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a defensive mix-up in SC Mesieiro's zone, Crescencio Herrera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicolau Freire came out of the goal and Crescencio Herrera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicolau Freire showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Crescencio Herrera in the 20th minute of the match. Enzo Ramalho's late challenge caught a SC Vianense's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enzo Ramalho helped the player get up and apologised. In the 23rd minute Adolfo Domingues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolau Freire saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Georg Hauke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Nicolau Freire tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isidoro Montenegro kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. If Per Nyberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Delfim Porto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesário Mansilha in the 31st minute of the match. A collision led to SC Mesieiro getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Pedro Valente hit a great ball. Per Nyberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolau Freire having to interfere. When Per Nyberg came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the SC Vianense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Per Nyberg couldn't finish the play. Per Nyberg struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Nicolau Freire didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Vianense. Nicolau Freire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Georg Hauke, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Per Nyberg to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Isidoro Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Delfim Porto. SC Vianense's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidoro Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Crescencio Herrera succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 59th playminute. Crescencio Herrera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolau Freire having to interfere. Nicolau Freire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Nyberg in the 68th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, SC Mesieiro's goalkeeper Nicolau Freire had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Crescencio Herrera. In the 71st minute Isidoro Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Porto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 71 minutes of play, SC Mesieiro's José Teixeira made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Delfim Porto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Georg Hauke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolau Freire having to interfere. In the 84th minute, SC Mesieiro's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Crescencio Herrera fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Delfim Porto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. If Crescencio Herrera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, SC Mesieiro could leave the field as winners, despite SC Vianense having more of the ball for most of the match.
