Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Wlodzimierz Rakowski kicked off to start the match. Wlodzimierz Rakowski scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Pinto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alexandre Guerreiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th minute Emílio Almeida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesse Stutz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pombas's goalkeeper Jesse Stutz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jesse Stutz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Vale in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Vale in the 21st minute of play forced Pombas's goalkeeper Jesse Stutz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jacinto Resende to strike the kick off in the second half. Pombas's Wlodzimierz Rakowski got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pedro Pinto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wlodzimierz Rakowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 63 played minutes SC Mondego got a freekick which was hit by Emílio Almeida. 70 minutes into the match, Pombas's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Resende came free, but Jesse Stutz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vítor Amorim got free with Pedro Pinto in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to SC Mondego getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Xavier Pinho hit a great ball. Jesse Stutz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Vale in the 79th minute of play. After 80 minutes of play, SC Mondego's Francisco Vale made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jesse Stutz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 83rd match minute, SC Mondego was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Delgado to maneuver through the defense. Catarino Cabral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Pedro Pinto made a huge save. Afonso Gomes's late challenge caught a Pombas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Afonso Gomes helped the player get up and apologised. After 87 played minutes SC Mondego got a freekick which was hit by Afonso Gomes.
