Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Januário Bacelar started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Calharis's José Pinto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Catarino Meireles narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 5 minutes, Lucas Leme managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC ferromacho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucas Leme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Januário Bacelar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Pedroso having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sandro Vasques during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 11 minutes into the match, FC ferromacho's goal looked a bit too open when André Rodrigues came free, but Catarino Meireles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Catarino Meireles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Rodrigues, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 20 minutes into the game, FC ferromacho's Januário Bacelar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luís Pedroso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 23rd minute, Rafael Guterres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Duarte Amorim charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Duarte Amorim the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC ferromacho's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rafael Porto was slow to take the kick. During this time Calharis's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Calharis's Armindo Assunção getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After 32 minutes, Manuel Neto made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC ferromacho's Catarino Meireles tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 42 minutes into the match, Calharis's goal looked a bit too open when Januário Bacelar came free, but Luís Pedroso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Lucas Leme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, FC ferromacho's Catarino Meireles got control of the ball when Manuel Neto tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half FC ferromacho were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Rafael Guterres took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Luís Pedroso to make any attempt to save it. Manuel Neto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Catarino Meireles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Catarino Meireles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adelino Vale in the 58th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, FC ferromacho's Lucas Leme sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luís Pedroso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Manuel Neto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Catarino Meireles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. André Rodrigues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling André Rodrigues in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Catarino Meireles prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Januário Bacelar struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Luís Pedroso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC ferromacho. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling André Rodrigues in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Catarino Meireles prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Calharis's Manuel Neto got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lucas Leme scored 1-4 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luís Pedroso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers André Rodrigues in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Catarino Meireles saved FC ferromacho from getting behind. After 89 minutes, Rafael Guterres mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC ferromacho and the Calharis players grew even worse after the yellow card. Calharis's Manuel Neto managed to work through FC ferromacho's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Manuel Neto dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Manuel Neto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC ferromacho had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
