Amílcar Pinheiro hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Luís Oliveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Sá having to interfere. Lourenço Vaz hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Hugo Henriques's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Jesus was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Manuel Sá made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Armindo Barbosa sent off a good shot on target. 17 minutes into the match, Real Pias's Hugo Henriques sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Jesus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Óscar Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Jesus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Óscar Vale in the 23rd minute of the match. Alfragide FC's Pedro Jesus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusébio Moura in the 24th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Real Pias's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Oliveira came free, but Manuel Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 played minutes Alfragide FC got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Borges. Manuel Sá made an important save on a dangerous shot by Armindo Barbosa in the 39th minute. With a little luck, Real Pias's Manuel Sá got control of the ball when Armindo Barbosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Manuel Sá made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Oliveira in the 45th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hugo Henriques stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Alfragide FC's Fernando Teixeira got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Hugo Henriques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Jesus having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, Real Pias's goal looked a bit too open when Armindo Barbosa came free, but Manuel Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Real Pias's Pedro Jesus threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hugo Henriques, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 59th minute, Jaime Borges hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 62 minutes into the match, Luís Oliveira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Manuel Sá. Real Pias's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luís Oliveira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 66th minute, Eusébio Lopes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Alfragide FC's Luís Oliveira got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 73rd minute of the match Amílcar Pinheiro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Manuel Sá showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Eusébio Moura's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Jesus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute Óscar Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Jesus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugo Henriques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Jesus having to interfere. Manuel Sá showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Borges, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After having played for 86 minutes, Armindo Barbosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alfragide FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Armindo Barbosa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Eusébio Moura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pedro Jesus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Henriques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
