Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the game, one of baionetes fc:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 5 minutes, SC Malhadais's Carlos Maia got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Avelino Pinho. After 8 minutes, Hélder Faro made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. baionetes fc's Avelino Pinho tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of baionetes fc booed when SC Malhadais was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Álvaro Paredes didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Nuno Menezes came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the baionetes fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nuno Menezes couldn't finish the play. A collision led to SC Malhadais getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Filipe Resende hit a great ball. Avelino Pinho made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Hélder Faro sent off a good shot on target. After 27 played minutes baionetes fc got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Figueiras. When Emanuel Ferreira fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Malhadais's protests and gave Emanuel Ferreira a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th match minute, SC Malhadais was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Ferreira to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute Nuno Menezes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Santarém saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emanuel Ferreira got his second yellow card in the match during the 39th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to SC Malhadais getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Emanuel Ferreira hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hélder Faro was the one to do the kick off. Humberto Santarém didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 51st minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. In the 54th minute, Rodolfo Figueiras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hélder Faro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to baionetes fc getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Rodolfo Figueiras hit a great ball. Hélder Faro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hilário Assunção kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, baionetes fc's Nuno Menezes got a free kick in the 70th minute. The audience was convinced that Hélder Faro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Avelino Pinho was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Nuno Menezes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Humberto Santarém tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 83 minutes of play, SC Malhadais's Hélder Faro made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Avelino Pinho was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 87th minute, Hélder Faro made a precise shot to the right of Avelino Pinho. baionetes fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Nuno Menezes struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Humberto Santarém didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for baionetes fc. SC Malhadais's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
