Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Palmiro Saldanha started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Joaquim Leiria fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Noeda FC's protests and gave Joaquim Leiria a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Noeda FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Joaquim Leiria hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 5 minutes, Catarino Lima successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 16th minute, Palmiro Saldanha reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Catarino Lima. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 19th match minute, SC Pouve was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Luz to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filipe Pedroso in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matias Neto saved SC Pouve from getting behind. José Luz succeeded in the game's 22nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Palmiro Saldanha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filipe Pedroso in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matias Neto saved SC Pouve from getting behind. Tomás Fiúza kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. José Luz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Filipe Pedroso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matias Neto. SC Pouve's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filipe Pedroso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. If Palmiro Saldanha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Júlio Fontoura had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After 46 minutes of play Noeda FC's Joaquim Leiria was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 48th minute, Joaquim Leiria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Morais during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jorge Morais hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Luz couldn't finish the play. Catarino Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Luz, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. A collision led to Noeda FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Cláudio Teixeira hit a great ball. In the 94thth minute of the game José Luz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Noeda FC's Catarino Lima was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Filipe Pedroso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SC Pouve fans cheered their team off the field, for while Noeda FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
