A beautiful save bye SkorpionKo's goalie prevented a goal. SkorpionKo's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Bruno Dantas 14 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. In the 17th minute, António Osório hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 19 minutes in the game André Tavares after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Ivan Pires. A very good opportunity. Ivan Pires made an important save on a dangerous shot by Catarino Pereira in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd of the match, Bruno Dantas tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Ivan Pires got in the way and made a wonderful save. After 25 played minutes SkorpionKo got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Luz. Catarino Pereira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ivan Pires read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Janelas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Valadão came free, but António Cabral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. António Cabral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Valadão in the 42nd minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Carlos Valadão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. António Cabral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Valadão in the 45th minute of the match. Janelas FC's Bruno Dantas got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Bruno Dantas put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ivan Pires. Catarino Pereira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Pires having to interfere. In the 62ndth minute of the game Bruno Dantas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SkorpionKo's Ivan Pires was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Manuel Leite fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Janelas FC's protests and gave Manuel Leite a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of SkorpionKo booed when Janelas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Leite didn't get a good kick on the ball. António Cabral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Valadão, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cássio Luz got free with António Cabral in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ivan Pires showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Catarino Pereira in the 76th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Catarino Pereira in the 77th minute of play forced SkorpionKo's goalkeeper Ivan Pires to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute, André Tavares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Catarino Pereira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ivan Pires was relentless in the 91st minute of the game.
