Perivaldo de Alcântara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amílcar Coelho in the 17th minute of play. Simão Barros charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Simão Barros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 19th minute, Simão Barros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Perivaldo de Alcântara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Araújo in the 21st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusébio Garcia in the 22nd minute of play forced SC Torrinheiras's goalkeeper Perivaldo de Alcântara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adelino Amorim hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After 27 minutes, Hugo Araújo made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. SC Torrinheiras's Perivaldo de Alcântara tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. SC Torrinheiras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Aloabideche the free kick. The supporters of SC Aloabideche booed when SC Torrinheiras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Borba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Simão Assis to make the kick off. SC Torrinheiras's Perivaldo de Alcântara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save SC Torrinheiras from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Hugo Araújo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Perivaldo de Alcântara. That made the score 0-4 in the 60 minute of play. Samuel Barreto took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jaime Machado. Jaime Machado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. When Eusébio Garcia fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Aloabideche's protests and gave Eusébio Garcia a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to SC Aloabideche getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Eusébio Garcia hit a great ball. João Borba hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The long shot by Artur Alves in the 93rd minute really tested Perivaldo de Alcântara's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. SC Aloabideche's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
