Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nuno Neves started the match with the kick off. Emílio Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Marques in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th minute, Nuno Neves made a precise shot to the right of Valério Fragoso. SC Junco's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nuno Neves in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valério Fragoso saved SC Junco from getting behind. Alexandre Vieira kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 13thth minute of the game Nuno Neves who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Junco's Valério Fragoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Valério Fragoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amílcar Miranda in the 15th minute of the match. The supporters of SC Junco booed when SC Ansul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rui Ribeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. SC Junco's Ilídio Barbosa couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 21st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for SC Ansul. 27 minutes into the game, one of SC Ansul:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 29 minutes, SC Junco's Ilídio Barbosa got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Emílio Nascimento. Nuno Moniz kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Emílio Nascimento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Salgado in the 36th minute of the match. Emílio Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Salgado, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Amílcar Miranda struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Valério Fragoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Ansul. Nuno Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Valério Fragoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teófilo Carvalhal charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teófilo Carvalhal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, SC Junco's Teófilo Carvalhal got a free kick in the 41st minute. SC Junco's Valério Fragoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Neves in the 47th minute of play.

After 52 played minutes, SC Junco's Francisco Peixoto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Emílio Nascimento came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SC Junco reached it. Francisco Peixoto took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emílio Nascimento. SC Ansul's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Nuno Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Valério Fragoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valério Fragoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuno Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nuno Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Marques in the 94th minute of play forced SC Ansul's goalkeeper Emílio Nascimento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. SC Ansul had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
