Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Homero Brito took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Homero Brito came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the INTERnacional Crestuma fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Homero Brito couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Homero Brito in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfredo Malheiro saved Cochoes from getting behind. Jordão Meira was a little too slow when Domingos Baldaia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 8th minute. The score was now 1-0. Rui Pinheiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jordão Meira having to interfere. Jordão Meira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingos Baldaia in the 12th minute of play. Jordão Meira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rui Pinheiro in the 16th minute. In the 20th minute, Sílvio Furtado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 25 minutes, Pascoal Zarco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. INTERnacional Crestuma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pascoal Zarco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in INTERnacional Crestuma fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 27th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 29 minutes, Cochoes's Januário Quintas got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jordão Meira. Rui Pinheiro took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jordão Meira. Jordão Meira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After 39 minutes, Sérgio Quirino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cochoes and the INTERnacional Crestuma players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cochoes's Sérgio Quirino got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 40thth minute of the game Pascoal Zarco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cochoes's Alfredo Malheiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

If Rui Pinheiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cochoes's goalkeeper Alfredo Malheiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 57 played minutes Cochoes got a freekick which was hit by Sílvio Furtado. Alfredo Malheiro had great luck who in the 58thth minute grab hold of the ball when Homero Brito from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Alfredo Malheiro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 66th play minute Pascoal Zarco came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Alfredo Malheiro. 3-2. When Elias Lessa fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored INTERnacional Crestuma's protests and gave Elias Lessa a yellow card for diving instead. Elias Lessa kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Jordão Meira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rui Pinheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Cochoes's Sérgio Quirino got his second yellow card of the match in the 72nd minute. The referee ordered Sérgio Quirino off the ground. In the 73rd match minute, Cochoes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sérgio Quirino to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute, Homero Brito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pascoal Zarco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Malheiro having to interfere. Rui Pinheiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Jordão Meira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the game, Aristides Pinheiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cochoes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave INTERnacional Crestuma the free kick. After 83 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cochoes! 3-3 came through a penalty shot after 86 played minutes, when INTERnacional Crestuma:s Viriato Antas calmly waited for Cochoes:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. Jordão Meira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Baía, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. If Homero Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 99 minutes into the match, INTERnacional Crestuma's Pascoal Zarco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alfredo Malheiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
