Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Viriato Vasconcelos made the kick off which started today's match. Gabriel Tinoco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 5th match minute, SC Cerejeira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeu Osório to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Martinho Marinho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Morenos F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Martinho Marinho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucas Boaventura breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the SC Cerejeira defense, Martinho Marinho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucas Boaventura. The SC Cerejeira fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucas Boaventura should have stopped the shot. Martinho Marinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gabriel Tinoco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Lucas Boaventura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martinho Marinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Morenos F.C's Gabriel Tinoco in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Cerejeira's goalie prevented a goal. Viriato Vasconcelos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 25 played minutes Morenos F.C got a freekick which was hit by Reginaldo Águas. After a defensive mix-up in Morenos F.C's zone, Viriato Vasconcelos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudemiro Pedroso came out of the goal and Viriato Vasconcelos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 30 minutes into the match, Morenos F.C's goalkeeper Claudemiro Pedroso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dimas Vasconcelos. 32 minutes into the match, SC Cerejeira's Dimas Vasconcelos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Claudemiro Pedroso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gabriel Tinoco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Lucas Boaventura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amadeu Osório hit a great ball. When Martinho Marinho came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Morenos F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martinho Marinho couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Martinho Marinho made a kick off. Dimas Vasconcelos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dimas Vasconcelos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Claudemiro Pedroso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, SC Cerejeira's Dimas Vasconcelos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Claudemiro Pedroso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Claudemiro Pedroso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Viriato Vasconcelos's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Morenos F.C's Claudemiro Pedroso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimas Vasconcelos in the 77th minute of play. Claudemiro Pedroso came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by SC Cerejeira's Dimas Vasconcelos. But to his dismay, Dimas Vasconcelos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. A collision led to Morenos F.C getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Paulo Ferreira hit a great ball. Claudemiro Pedroso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimas Vasconcelos, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Gabriel Tinoco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Boaventura having to interfere. If Martinho Marinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
