Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Graciano Ruas took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pratas FC's zone, Raul Amorim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aquilino Fontoura came out of the goal and Raul Amorim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aquilino Fontoura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Amorim in the 11th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Catarino Jesus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aquilino Fontoura was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Tarcísio Malta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Tavares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Graciano Ruas in the 18th minute of the match. In the 24th minute Américo Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Fontoura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aquilino Fontoura came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Estela's Raul Amorim. But to his dismay, Raul Amorim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Daniel Tavares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Graciano Ruas in the 29th minute of play. When Américo Gomes came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the SC Estela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Américo Gomes couldn't finish the play. If Graciano Ruas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raul Amorim stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Américo Gomes came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the SC Estela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Américo Gomes couldn't finish the play. In the 55th minute, Tarcísio Malta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Graciano Ruas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Daniel Tavares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Graciano Ruas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniel Tavares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Pratas FC's Aquilino Fontoura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Amorim in the 63rd minute of play. Américo Gomes's late challenge caught a Pratas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Américo Gomes helped the player get up and apologised. Américo Gomes kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Tarcísio Malta struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Daniel Tavares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pratas FC. Daniel Tavares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tarcísio Malta in the 79th minute of play. 81 minutes into the game, SC Estela's Américo Gomes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aquilino Fontoura made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 96 minutes into the match, Pratas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Amorim came free, but Aquilino Fontoura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SC Estela eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
