Vítor Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Barcelos in the 56th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Tremez's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Barcelos came free, but Vítor Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaspar Guarda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cassiano Raposo having to make a save. If Telmo Mesquita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Vale's late challenge caught a Joane's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miguel Vale helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Tremez's Miguel Vale got a free kick in the 71st minute. Jaime Cunha hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match.
