With a little luck, SC Turiz's Pedro Vale got control of the ball when Alexandre Rocha tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bento Abreu lost his temper 32 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 71 minutes, André Resende mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Turiz and the Toita players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, SC Turiz's André Resende got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 92nd minute, Afonso Gomes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. SC Turiz's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
