Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Júlio Valente made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the match, SC Chaveirinha's goal looked a bit too open when Jordão Mota came free, but Nuno Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SC Chaveirinha's Nuno Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gil Moura in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Juliano Belém hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute SC Chaveirinha were awarded a corner. Cândido Moreira went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Cândido Moreira got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Edgar Sardinha quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Jordão Mota had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Júlio Valente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Edgar Sardinha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jordão Mota fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Amaral having to interfere. Edgar Sardinha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Júlio Valente in the 29th minute of play. Nuno Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gil Moura in the 34th minute of the match. SC Chaveirinha's Gaspar Matos got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Júlio Valente might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edgar Sardinha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Júlio Valente ran back to his position shaking his head. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jordão Mota to strike the kick off in the second half. Jordão Mota sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jordão Mota might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nuno Amaral. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jordão Mota ran back to his position shaking his head. 65 minutes into the game, Juliano Belém was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Percelada's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Chaveirinha the free kick. Cândido Moreira was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 66th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Luís Gonçalves hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. When Júlio Valente came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the SC Chaveirinha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Júlio Valente couldn't finish the play. Edgar Sardinha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júlio Valente in the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Chaveirinha's goalkeeper Nuno Amaral, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edgar Sardinha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaspar Matos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the SC Percelada players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SC Chaveirinha.
