Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Sandro Vale started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Sandro Vale's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 3rdth minute, Josué Cesário skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in Vandoma's zone, Joel Monteiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Josué Cesário came out of the goal and Joel Monteiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 8 minutes into the game, Pedro Barbosa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vandoma's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CD Trofense the free kick. The supporters of CD Trofense booed when Vandoma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Barbosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute, Dário Neves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Josué Cesário made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandro Vale in the 12th minute of play. When Joel Monteiro came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the CD Trofense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Monteiro couldn't finish the play. Sandro Vale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Josué Cesário tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Vandoma's Lucas Regueira got a free kick in the 25th minute. Josué Cesário came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by CD Trofense's Sandro Vale. But to his dismay, Sandro Vale quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sandro Vale in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Josué Cesário saved Vandoma from getting behind. In the 40th minute, Sandro Vale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vandoma's Josué Cesário proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Vandoma from getting a goal against them. 44 minutes into the match, Vandoma's goalkeeper Josué Cesário had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Heitor Moniz. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Laurentino Azenha to strike the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the game, Octávio Calçada was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. But to his dismay, Sandro Vale quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Belchior Antunes's late challenge caught a CD Trofense's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Belchior Antunes helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of CD Trofense booed when Vandoma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Belchior Antunes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sandro Vale in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Josué Cesário prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sandro Delgado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Josué Cesário tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Josué Cesário showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sandro Vale, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. CD Trofense's Hannes Haeger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laurentino Azenha in the 82nd minute of play. CD Trofense's Sandro Vale got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sandro Vale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Josué Cesário tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandro Delgado in the 95th minute of play forced Vandoma's goalkeeper Josué Cesário to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CD Trofense walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
