The tension between the Zouparria FC and the ADCFrazão players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Zouparria FC's Cristiano Cunha got a free kick in the 35th minute. Francisco Marques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Vale having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Bento Moniz notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of ADCFrazão's Miguel Vale. Miguel Vale was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bento Moniz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Francisco Marques recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Zouparria FC booed when ADCFrazão was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Branco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bento Moniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Zouparria FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
