After having played for 15 minutes, Daniel Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Toutosa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Andrade was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Johnny Fredriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Jonas Nóbrega successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as LAP FC's Vasco Bandeira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonas Nóbrega. That made the score 1-0 after 27 minutes of play. Jonas Nóbrega took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vasco Bandeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonas Nóbrega made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vasco Bandeira in the 33rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in LAP FC's zone, Johnny Fredriksson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Quintino Brites came out of the goal and Johnny Fredriksson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. André Jesus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Andrade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Quintino Brites tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. LAP FC's Quintino Brites proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save LAP FC from getting a goal against them. Toutosa's Johnny Fredriksson got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Johnny Fredriksson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Sacadura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Jonas Nóbrega tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Johnny Fredriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quintino Brites having to interfere. Daniel Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With splendid footwork Daniel Andrade arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-2 by the left pole in the game's 80th minute. Quintino Brites made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Andrade in the 86th minute. A collision led to Toutosa getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. André Jesus hit a great ball. In the 98th minute Raul Dantas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Nóbrega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
