Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Artur Fonseca started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Pascoal Esparteiro came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Geralda's Artur Fonseca. But to his dismay, Artur Fonseca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 9 played minutes S.L.Trinta got a freekick which was hit by Hélio Raposo. The supporters of S.L.Trinta booed when Geralda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Neves didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 23 played minutes Geralda got a freekick which was hit by Viriato Baptista. Alberto Parente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Pinho having to interfere. In the 30th minute Alberto Parente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Pinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Pinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Parente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Vaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Pascoal Esparteiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Artur Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Éder Andrade struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Daniel Pinho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.L.Trinta. The S.L.Trinta players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Geralda were winning 0-1.

Óscar Lemos kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, S.L.Trinta's Salvador Souto got a free kick in the 54th minute. Óscar Lemos hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Carlos Vaz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Pascoal Esparteiro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 62nd minute, Artur Fonseca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 64 minutes into the match, S.L.Trinta's goal looked a bit too open when Artur Fonseca came free, but Pascoal Esparteiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pascoal Esparteiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Vaz in the 69th minute. Hélio Raposo hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Catarino Ramos, 71 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Pascoal Esparteiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artur Fonseca in the 73rd minute of play. If Artur Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Éder Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Fonseca in the 91st minute of play forced S.L.Trinta's goalkeeper Pascoal Esparteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
