Joaquim Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Ramiro Teves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Idalécio Abrantes, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. A collision led to Alcaidaria getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Dimas Castanheira hit a great ball. In the 14th minute, João Lousada got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 22 minutes into the game, Dimas Castanheira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alcaidaria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Sebal the free kick. Dimas Castanheira kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Ramiro Teves was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Hermenegildo Montenegro. In the 25th minute, Altino Belo made a precise shot to the right of Carlos Machado. SC Sebal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Altino Belo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Carlos Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Machado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Germano Águas in the 29th minute of the match. SC Sebal's Carlos Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Germano Águas in the 34th minute of play. After having played for 37 minutes, Idalécio Abrantes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Sebal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Idalécio Abrantes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Idalécio Abrantes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ramiro Teves having to make a save. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Altino Belo to strike the kick off in the second half. Vladimiro Figueiredo kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Filipe Manso, 66 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Ramiro Teves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Neves, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Ramiro Teves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Idalécio Abrantes in the 77th minute of the match. After taking down the ball on Alcaidaria's corner Filipe Manso fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Carlos Machado quite easily take care of the ball. After having played for 86 minutes, João Lousada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Sebal's supporters crossed their fingers, but João Lousada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of SC Sebal booed when Alcaidaria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filipe Manso didn't get a good kick on the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Alcaidaria's goal looked a bit too open when João Lousada came free, but Ramiro Teves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Lousada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Teves having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
