Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cristiano lacerda made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute Pedro Cruz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudemiro Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 3 minutes into the game, one of Freigil:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Benedito Pires placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Severino Macieira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ricardo Matias's late challenge caught a Cazevel FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ricardo Matias helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Freigil's Ricardo Matias got a free kick in the 14th minute. Severino Macieira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Jesus having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardo Matias in the 18th minute of play forced Cazevel FC's goalkeeper Claudemiro Dias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodrigo Fontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Claudemiro Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Freigil's Ricardo Matias got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ricardo Matias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricardo Matias in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudemiro Dias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Cazevel FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Júlio Bento hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute, Ricardo Matias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cazevel FC's zone, Rodrigo Fontes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudemiro Dias came out of the goal and Rodrigo Fontes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Cazevel FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Freigil were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodrigo Fontes was the one to do the kick off. Rodrigo Fontes struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Claudemiro Dias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Freigil. A hard shot 56 in the game by Ricardo Matias from a close distance when the talented Claudemiro Dias managed to make a qualified save. Cazevel FC's players were relieved. Cazevel FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Rodrigo Fontes scored to the left of an out of position Claudemiro Dias, making the score, 0-2. A collision led to Cazevel FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Benedito Pires hit a great ball. Freigil's André Jesus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino Macieira in the 70th minute of play. Severino Macieira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. André Jesus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Rodrigo Fontes came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Freigil fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodrigo Fontes couldn't finish the play. Rodrigo Fontes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudemiro Dias having to interfere. If Ricardo Matias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricardo Matias who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Claudemiro Dias when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 91 minutes into the match, Freigil's Ricardo Matias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Claudemiro Dias narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 92nd minute of the match, Rodrigo Fontes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Claudemiro Dias saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The Cazevel FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Freigil were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
