Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eduardo Sá started the match with the kick off. João Ponte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adélio Pestana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sidónio Vaz in the 5th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Negrosa FC's zone, Sidónio Vaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adélio Pestana came out of the goal and Sidónio Vaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Sidónio Vaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 13th minute Eduardo Sá shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basílio Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute João Ponte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adélio Pestana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 21 minutes, Vivaldo Seabra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Negrosa FC and the Rossas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 21 played minutes Negrosa FC got a freekick which was hit by Vivaldo Seabra. João Ponte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adélio Pestana having to interfere. Sidónio Vaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Adélio Pestana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Micael Braga kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Rossas FC's zone, Diogo Igrejas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basílio Quadros came out of the goal and Diogo Igrejas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Negrosa FC booed when Rossas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Micael Braga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sidónio Vazs short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Adélio Pestana to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Negrosa FC's Santiago Ribas got a free kick in the 38th minute. 46 minutes into the game, João Ponte recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Adélio Pestana. João Ponte showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and João Ponte made a kick off. With his leg Basílio Quadros managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Negrosa FC's Diogo Igrejas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Eduardo Sá had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Sidónio Vaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rossas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sidónio Vaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adélio Pestana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adão Belém charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adão Belém the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 60 minutes into the game, Rossas FC's João Ponte nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adélio Pestana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Sá in the 64th minute of play forced Rossas FC's goalkeeper Basílio Quadros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adélio Pestana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sidónio Vaz in the 67th minute of play. Diogo Igrejas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Negrosa FC's Eduardo Sá slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Basílio Quadros. That made the score 2-1 after 72 minutes of play. Adão Belém was shown his second yellow card after 87 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 88th match minute, Negrosa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adão Belém to maneuver through the defense. Sidónio Vaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Adélio Pestana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Negrosa FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Eduardo Sá hit a great ball. João Ponte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute.
