Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jacinto Lisboa started the match with the kick off. Jaime Mendes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Ribeiro in the 3rd minute of play. Bruscos FC's Jaime Mendes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Ribeiro in the 5th minute of play. With 9 minutes on the clock, Ricardo Lima commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 9th match minute, Bruscos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Lima to maneuver through the defense. Bruscos FC's Domingos Miranda got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 21 minutes of play, SC Barbens's Augusto Ribeiro made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jaime Mendes was left in no man's land by his defense there! 23 minutes into the game, Jacinto Viana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Barbens's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bruscos FC the free kick. When Domingos Miranda came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Bruscos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domingos Miranda couldn't finish the play. Jaime Mendes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Ribeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Jacinto Lisboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexandre Setúbal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Augusto Ribeiro took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jaime Mendes. Jaime Mendes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After 44 played minutes Bruscos FC got a freekick which was hit by Domingos Miranda. After the first half SC Barbens were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 53rd match minute, SC Barbens was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Torres to maneuver through the defense. Jacinto Lisboa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Óscar Guerreiro having to interfere. If Jacinto Lisboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domingos Miranda's late challenge caught a SC Barbens's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domingos Miranda helped the player get up and apologised. Domingos Miranda hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Jaime Mendes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Soares, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Bruscos FC's Jaime Mendes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Bruscos FC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augusto Ribeiro got free with Jaime Mendes in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by António Viana in the 75th minute of play forced Bruscos FC's goalkeeper Jaime Mendes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaime Mendes was a little too slow when Pedro Soares got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augusto Ribeiro got free with Jaime Mendes in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jaime Mendes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Viana, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 92nd minute, Domingos Miranda made a precise shot to the right of Óscar Guerreiro. SC Barbens's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. The Bruscos FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SC Barbens were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
