Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hermínio Almeida got the match started through his kick off. Flávio Estrada was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 4th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 14th minute Hermínio Almeida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio Resende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eusébio Vilaverde made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joacim Kilberg in the 17th minute. Elder Vides blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eusébio Vilaverde having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Rocado FC's zone, Bento Cabral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusébio Vilaverde came out of the goal and Bento Cabral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sérgio Resende showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermínio Almeida, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute Hermínio Almeida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio Resende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvador Mendes in the 38th minute of play forced Clube Futebol União Lamas's goalkeeper Sérgio Resende to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joacim Kilberg made a kick off. After having played for 55 minutes, Salvador Mendes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rocado FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salvador Mendes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 57th minute, Norberto Sá hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58thth minute of the game Joacim Kilberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rocado FC's Eusébio Vilaverde was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Clube Futebol União Lamas's Elder Vides got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Clube Futebol União Lamas's Sérgio Resende proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Clube Futebol União Lamas from getting a goal against them. Sérgio Resende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermínio Almeida, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 78 minutes, Sérgio Resende successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Hermínio Almeida recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rocado FC's António Quinaz suffered a sore thigh after 91 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 92nd match minute, Clube Futebol União Lamas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diogo Ribeiro to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Rocado FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
