Oliveira Baptista struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Paulo Vilar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Morpheus FC. The supporters of Morpheus FC booed when CD Ponte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sálvio Caneira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute, Oliveira Baptista left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Morpheus FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After a rather tough play, Morpheus FC's Henrique Esteves got a free kick in the 13th minute. Henrique Esteves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Paulo Vilar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo Vilar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliveira Baptista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jaime Viana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Azevedo in the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diogo Solipa in the 23rd minute of play forced CD Ponte's goalkeeper Paulo Vilar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulo Vilar was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and 柯永文 capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. 柯永文 really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alexandre Azevedo in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jaime Viana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 31st minute, Oliveira Baptista got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bruno Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Paulo Vilar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oliveira Baptista blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulo Vilar having to make a save. Oliveira Baptista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oliveira Baptista made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Morpheus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sálvio Caneira came free, but Jaime Viana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Morpheus FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Oliveira Baptista hit a great ball. The Morpheus FC fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when Morpheus FC's Oliveira Baptista looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 77th minute, 柯永文 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes into the game, Sálvio Caneira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jaime Viana. Sálvio Caneira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. After 82 played minutes CD Ponte got a freekick which was hit by Albérico Setúbal. Paulo Vilar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oliveira Baptista's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Filipe Avelar kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Morpheus FC's Alfredinho Batista got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oliveira Baptista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute of the match, Alexandre Azevedo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jaime Viana was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Sálvio Caneira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
