Hugo Nogueira might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Waclaw Japola. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hugo Nogueira ran back to his position shaking his head. After 10 played minutes BEER UNITED FC got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Nogueira. In the 11th match minute, BEER UNITED FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Nogueira to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, pintos desorientados fc's goal looked a bit too open when Cristóvão Lisboa came free, but Waclaw Japola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Hugo Nogueira came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the BEER UNITED FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Nogueira couldn't finish the play. Bruno Gaspar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Magnus Lundström in the 16th minute of the match. Bruno Gaspar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Leão in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Hugo Nogueira made the kick off in the second half. Bruno Gaspar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karl-Magnus Lundström in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of BEER UNITED FC booed when pintos desorientados fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Freitas didn't get a good kick on the ball.
