Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Márcio Borges made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute of the match, Quintino Figueiras tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Igor Bragança saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Laureano Barata's late challenge caught a SC Abraveia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Laureano Barata helped the player get up and apologised. Laureano Barata kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Gonçalo Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Igrejas having to interfere. Wilson Igrejas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonçalo Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute, Gonçalo Paião ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilson Igrejas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Teófilo Gonçalves hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. If Márcio Borges had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Egídio Viegas hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After 22 minutes, Olavo Pegado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Abraveia and the Unidos ao Garrafão F. C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Márcio Borges in the 25th minute of play forced SC Abraveia's goalkeeper Igor Bragança to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Márcio Borges notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of SC Abraveia's Igor Bragança. Igor Bragança was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Márcio Borges received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Igor Bragança tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucílio Maia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th play minute Lucílio Maia came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Igor Bragança. 2-1. After having played for 45 minutes, Lucílio Maia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unidos ao Garrafão F. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucílio Maia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gonçalo Paião to strike the kick off in the second half. Igor Bragança came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Unidos ao Garrafão F. C.'s Lucílio Maia. But to his dismay, Lucílio Maia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Lucílio Maia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Unidos ao Garrafão F. C.'s Wilson Igrejas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonçalo Paião in the 59th minute of play. Gonçalo Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Igrejas having to interfere. A collision led to Unidos ao Garrafão F. C. getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Filipe Teves hit a great ball. SC Abraveia's Egídio Viegas got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lucílio Maia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Igor Bragança tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Márcio Borges had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Lucílio Maia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 89 minutes into the match, SC Abraveia's goal looked a bit too open when Márcio Borges came free, but Igor Bragança reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gregório Sarmento during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Unidos ao Garrafão F. C. booed when SC Abraveia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregório Sarmento didn't get a good kick on the ball. SC Abraveia's Igor Bragança played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucílio Maia in the 91st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in SC Abraveia's zone, Márcio Borges stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Igor Bragança came out of the goal and Márcio Borges tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Quintino Figueiras's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Igor Bragança read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play.
